01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Guru88 platform — whether via the website, Android or iOS mobile app — you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Guru88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility as a member to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team for further assistance.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the Guru88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party
• Not included on any list of individuals excluded from online gambling
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling
• Full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform

Guru88 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Should you fail to provide the required documents within the specified period, your account may be suspended until verification is complete.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Guru88. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identification card or passport
• Valid date of birth
• An active email address that you own
• Reachable phone number
• Valid bank account or e-wallet details for transaction purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Guru88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include the MyKad national identity card, passport, or Malaysian driving licence.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Guru88 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, any fees imposed by your payment provider or bank are beyond our control.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

06 Game Rules

All games available on the Guru88 platform — including video slots, table games, live casino, bingo, and other games — are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found within each game's interface.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent third-party auditing body
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, Guru88 reserves the right to void that round and refund the original bet
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party assistance tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited
• Minimum and maximum bets for each game are as specified within the game interface

For live casino games, players are required to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously towards the dealer and other players. Any disruptive or discourteous behaviour may result in the player being removed from the table.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

• Using another person's credit card or payment method without authorisation

• Money laundering or using the platform for suspicious financial activities
• Sharing account login credentials with any other party
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems
• Systematically exploiting odds differences across platforms (arbitrage betting)

Guru88 continuously monitors all account activity. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action taken without prior notice to the member concerned.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Guru88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failed identity verification or invalid documents
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed, subject to any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, Guru88 reserves the right to withhold all balances associated with the violating activity.

09 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Guru88 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we always strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical errors or outages.

• Guru88 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions on the member's end
• Guru88 is not liable for game outcomes affected by technical disruptions on the part of third-party software providers
• Any financial losses resulting from wagering decisions are the member's sole responsibility
• Guru88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of a member's account due to the member's own negligence

In all circumstances, Guru88's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

10 Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

Guru88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Guru88 is registered and holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through arbitration or the relevant courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
